2) With your credit cards through our website
You can take advantage of our online single payment options for all your credit cards or our online installments at Akbank. For the online payments, your credit card is charged with the relevant amount after your order is confirmed. For order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or inventory problems, the refund of your credit card will be made within three (3) business days.
3) Refunding of Order Amount 
In the event of canceling your orders for possible reasons; Laka Turizm Ticaret Limited will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three (3) business days. However, in order to avoid delays in this refund transaction, you must provide accurate and complete bank account information and/or credit card information to our company's financial authorities. 
4) Delivery 
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo, provided that they do not exceed the production periods stated on our website, according to the production process of the product. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery period is as specified in the product details. You will be notified of any possible late delivery. 
In order for the delivery of the product to be completed without interruption, please provide the delivery address of the place you are present during the day. 
Your requests will be processed for being prepared according to the delivery method you choose at the end of the order. From our Istanbul-based company, the products will be sent by MNG cargo company. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company no later than six (6) weeks after they are confirmed. 
You can consult with our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. Our company pays the shipping fee for the deliveries within Istanbul, but the cargo fee is collected from the buyer for the deliveries outside Istanbul. 
5) Payment Tracking 
If the system is unable to perform the transaction due to a problem, the visitor is informed about the situation through the payment page. 
The ordering customer is contacted about the order that cannot be delivered in the event of an error at the specified address.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automated e-mail following the transferring of the order. 
In addition to the customer, we also have a responsibility against the bank, in which we use the credit card system, regarding the delivery. 
 Please pay attention!
Open and check the packages, which you think are damaged during shipment, in front of the company representative available. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by instructing the cargo company to prepare a report. 
The cargo company is considered to have fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. 
If the product is damaged: Please send the report to info@internetonfurniture.com as soon as possible. 
If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
